Fixture and Test Program for JET-300 and JET-3000:

StarTest in partnership with ATESS, one of the most reputable companies that manufacture fixture for Brazilian market, is providing complete solutions to our Customers.
High precision CNC Drilling equipment and “wire-wrapping” semiautomatic equipment are used for guarantee the fixtures quality and precision.
Stress analysis capacity for the board in the fixture “Strain Gage Measurement” when required by the customer.

Calibration:

StarTest is today the only company in Brazil, certified by Jet Technology, to do calibration and issue Certified of Calibration for JET-300 equipment. We have the correct program and instruments to perform the calibration.

JET-300 preventive and corrective maintenance:
We have local spare parts and trained people for maintenance.

Training:

We offered training in operation and support that could be done in StarTest or in the Customer site.

Technical and Functional Service for QAD ERP:
Startest also provide solutions for QAD Integrated management system:

• Analyze process, suggest and implement improvements for QAD system, using Lean and Six Sigma methodology;
• Development applications using Progress to customize QAD and integrate it with other systems. 
• Support QAD in UNIX environment and GUI (.NET).

Professional Experience:
Startest also provide solutions for QAD Integrated management system:

• More than 10 years of experiencing supporting many QAD system versions (MFG/Pro 7.4i, MFG/Pro eB, QAD 2008 Standard Edition + .Net), developing customizations and satellite systems, managing system version migration, reviewing and improving process and integrating QAD system with other applications.

• Black Belt Certified in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. 

• BSCM certified by APICS.

We also provide training in Lean and Six Sigma tools and we facilitate Lean events (Kaizen).
